Sue’s passion for movement began at Sussex University, where she completed an M.Phil. in movement skills. She trained under Royal Academy of Dance examiners Tina Pilgrim and Janet Burgess, studying anatomy, dance history, and all practical aspects of the RAD syllabus. After serving as principal of a Cambridge dance school branch in 1982, Sue went on to run her own school.

With over thirty years of teaching experience, Sue has guided students through successful entries in RAD examinations and has taught both GCSE Dance and A Level Performing Arts Dance. Sue also gained an MA (Music) at SOAS – University of London and went on to secure lottery funding for arts projects including music workshops, dance performances.
